SOFTWARE › CADENCE
Your PSA runs your tickets. Cadence runs your business.
Every MSP has a system for the work. Almost none has one for the company doing the work — so the scorecard gets rebuilt in a spreadsheet the night before the leadership meeting, and the action items die in the notes.
Cadence is the layer above your PSA. Meetings that remember, action items that land in Microsoft Planner, and numbers that arrive on their own.
5 users included. Unlimited read-only seats.
What Cadence is
Cadence is an operating platform for managed service providers. It runs leadership meetings, tracks action items with owners and due dates, and builds a live scorecard by reading an MSP’s existing ConnectWise, Autotask, QuickBooks Online and Microsoft 365 data. It is made by CDAERIS Consultant Network, who built it to run their own MSP engagements, and it is sold as a monthly subscription starting at $99 USD for five users.
Stop rebuilding the scorecard the night before the meeting.
The numbers are already in your tools. They’re just not anywhere you can look at them together. Ticket counts live in the PSA. Revenue lives in QuickBooks. Utilisation lives in a spreadsheet somebody maintains by hand. Once a month, somebody spends an evening assembling the three into a slide nobody trusts.
Your recurring meeting has no memory. The agenda is a copy of last week’s agenda. What was decided three months ago is in a document nobody can find, and the same issue gets re-litigated twice a year because there’s no record that it was ever settled.
Action items are agreed and then abandoned. They’re written in the notes. The notes get filed. Nobody is named, nothing is due, and the next meeting opens with “where did we land on that?”
None of this is a PSA problem. ConnectWise and Autotask are built to run service delivery, and they run it well. They were never built to run the company.
How it works
1. Connect what you already run on.
An admin connects ConnectWise or Autotask, QuickBooks Online and Microsoft 365 from Settings. Read-only, one at a time, disconnected from the same screen. Nothing is imported or migrated.
2. Your numbers show up.
Cadence reads your data nightly and builds the scorecard from it. Ticket volume, agreement MRR, gross profit by agreement, hours against contract — as a number with a target and a trend, not a CSV.
3. Meet, decide, and have it stick.
Run the leadership meeting in Cadence. Every occurrence keeps its own agenda, notes and decisions, so a recurring meeting builds a history instead of overwriting itself. Action items get an owner and a date, and mirror into Microsoft Planner for the people who live there.
What’s inside
- Meetings — An agenda per occurrence, not a document that gets overwritten. Notes, decisions and attendance kept as a record you can go back through. Multiple people editing live.
- Tasks — Action items with owners and due dates, two-way with Microsoft Planner. Scored so each person opens their day with a ranked list rather than a wall.
- Metrics — Your scorecard. Write numbers in by hand on Core, or have Cadence pull them nightly from ConnectWise, Autotask and QuickBooks on Operate. Every number drills down to the rows behind it.
- Dashboards — The view a leadership team actually reviews: targets, trend, on-track or not, arranged how you want it.
- Business plan — Goals, the metrics that prove them, and who owns each.
- Time & billing — Time recorded against agreements, and invoices raised from it.
- Ascend — Courses and certificates for your team, in the same place as the work.
- SEO & CRM — Your own site’s search performance, and your pipeline, beside everything else. Included on Grow.
Why not the thing you’re using now
| Spreadsheet + Teams | EOS / L10 tools | Cadence | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Meeting agenda & history | Overwritten each week | Yes | Per occurrence, kept |
| Action items into Planner | No | No | Two-way |
| Scorecard numbers | Typed by hand | Typed by hand | Read from your PSA nightly |
| Agreement profitability | Rebuilt monthly | Not covered | Built in |
| Drill from a number to the rows | No | No | Yes |
| Built by people who ran an MSP | — | — | Yes |
The difference in one line: every other tool asks you to type the numbers in. Cadence reads them out of the systems you already pay for.

Your data
Cadence reads your business tools so your own numbers appear on your own dashboard. Every connection is made by an administrator at your company, from Settings › Connections, and every one can be disconnected from the same screen.
- Connections are read-only. Cadence does not write back into ConnectWise, Autotask, QuickBooks or Google.
- One company never sees another company’s data.
- Your data is not used to train models.
- Sign in with Microsoft, or with email.
Questions
What is Cadence?
Cadence is an operating platform for managed service providers: it runs leadership meetings, tracks action items, and builds a live scorecard from an MSP’s existing ConnectWise, Autotask, QuickBooks Online and Microsoft 365 data.
Does Cadence replace ConnectWise or Autotask?
No. Your PSA keeps running service delivery. Cadence sits above it and runs the company — meetings, action items, goals and the numbers leadership reviews. It reads your PSA; it never writes to it.
How long does setup take?
Signing up and running your first meeting takes minutes. Connecting a PSA takes an administrator about ten, and the first full set of numbers appears after the first overnight sync.
What does Cadence cost, and in what currency?
$99, $250 or $495 US per month, each including five users. Additional users are $15, $25 or $35 per month depending on plan. Read-only seats are free and unlimited. Annual billing is two months free. Everything is billed in US dollars, wherever you are.
Which systems does Cadence connect to?
ConnectWise, Autotask, QuickBooks Online and Microsoft 365, plus Google Analytics and Google Search Console on the Grow plan.
Can I give my whole team access without paying for every seat?
Yes. Read-only seats are free and unlimited, so anyone who needs to see the scorecard or their action items can, and you only pay for the people creating and editing.
Is my data shared with other companies?
No. Data is isolated per company, connections are read-only, and nothing is used to train models.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes. No notice period.
Who makes Cadence?
CDAERIS Consultant Network. It was built to run Cdaeris’s own MSP engagements and is now sold to MSPs directly.
The rhythm is the product.
An MSP that meets on time, decides on the record, and reviews numbers it trusts compounds. One that doesn’t, doesn’t.
